FAQ

WHERE DO YOU ROAST YOUR COFFEE?

Our roasting facility is located in Asheville, NC.

ARE YOUR COFFEES TRACEABLE?

We only source traceable single-origin coffees, right down to the farm and in many cases the farmer itself. When we take on a new farm, we learn about their practices and make sure it’s a good fit for us, but also for you. You want to know that your coffee is as pure as possible, so we’re proud to offer you complete traceability for any of our coffees.

HOW DOES YOUR WHOLESALE PROGRAM WORK?

We’ll meet to learn about each other, your current coffee culture and your goals and values. From there we identify different coffees you might serve throughout the year and plan any specialty drinks we might develop together. We track coffee usage and inventory, and we’ll restock anything you’re running low on. We’ll work closely with you to create a coffee program that fits your business.

WHY IS SOUTH SLOPE BETTER?

You know that word “artisanal” that gets thrown around a lot? It’s kind of a big deal to us. We roast in small batches of 5kg at a time, which means every single batch gets the level of care that would probably be considered an overkill by most roasters. But to us, it’s just the right way to do things. And we think this shows in our coffee.
